Access allows linking of tables from any ODBC compliant database. So all you need to do is
- install the Oracle ODBC driver

• create a DSN to the Oracle database
• right click the database window in the tables tab
• select 'Link Tables' from context menu
• Choose ODBC databases as file type
• select the Oracle DSN
• Select the tables you want to access.

I personally have no experience in how good this works with Oracle, with MySQL it worked fine.
