This is typical overkill -

Raw tyres are all very well for Formula 1 races, but a bus isn't competing in that sort of arena. The requirements for safety and ease of handling clearly suggest the need for formatted tyres. There are several choices of tread pattern you could use, of course, and different drivers may have their specific preferences.
