I want to do the best job I can do. Therefore I think it's time for me to look at some more extensive Oracle classes. 2 questions for the experts however:

  1. What books do you recommend to start off with?
  2. Would I be better off purchasing a server with Oracle pre-installed? or getting training and doing it myself?
