My advise to you would be to take a job in a special forces combat battalion. Your chances of survival are better.

To learn to administer an Oracle Database Server in under a month, heck in three months, is just plain impossible. Unless you get some joy out of doing a lousy job and when everything goes to H being booted out the door into an unemployment line.
