Passing Row Types to Oracle packages with VB

Could anyone tell me how to call a Oracle package that requires a Row type as an argument. I am not sure how to pass all of the fields as an entity to the Oracle package via the ado.Command objects Execute method. I know I am a little vague here but I am not sure how to pass the structure to Oracle. Can anyone help me a little here. I am new to using packages! I do know how to pass individual arguments via a variant array but again I do not know how to construct an entity that mimics a Row type!!
