Help Me !!! BLOB

I have the following kind of table:

Create table ENCLOSED_PHYSICAL(
tipo varchar2 (20),
......
allegato BLOB
.........

".pdf" files have been saved into the enclosed "BLOB" field. Is it possible, using a direct command working with a procedure PL/SQL, to extract the files and to save them into my PC Hard Disk ?
