Just to clearify things a bit, I am going for the development path, NOT DBA. ALL QUESTIONS can be answer in a 'do it your own and spend enough time figuring how WHY it doesn't work' - that's what trial and error means. But since I WAS press for time, I scheduled had an exam that was occuring in 2 days after I posted that message - I just though I could pop the questions and hope someone that has done it can just answer it. FYI, this was the first posting, I post a second posting asking the exact SAME questions and had a couple reader who were more than happy to answer the question and help me with it.
Not being rude, most people who ask question on the newsgroup has to wait avearage of 2 days for an answer and there's nothing more discourging then to have someone posted back, NOT willing to help, and put in some smart arse comment about 'do it yourself'.
If you not willing to help or 'share your knowledge' on the newsgroup, my opnion, DON'T post or reply to ANYTHING - all you are doing is discourging the questioner in asking further questions. I believe in Trial and errors, but I also believe in a quick help now and then.
