Oracle Advanced Networking Option with Linux

I want to set up a linux client that works with an Solaris based
Oracle 8i EE server using an encrypted connection.



I have successfully done this with NT clients. However the Linux
client responds an "ORA-12657: No algorithms installed"



Isn't Oracles Advanced Networking Option available for Linux?
If it is, how do I install it?
