Need Oracle Function/Procedure to return Recordset to VB

I'm working in Oracle 7.34.  I have a VB 6.0 application that needs to use 
a recordset.  I'd like to have an oracle procedure/function to return 
output parameter/return value that is a record set.  Is this possible?  So 
my question has 2 parts:  1)  Can a function return a recordset, and 2) 
how do I get that back into VB?
