How to download a big file from OTN

Dear all,



I have been trying to download Oracle server EE 8.1.7 for Linux from
otn.oracle.com for days, but the farest place I can get is about 50%
of the 524MB file (linux81701.tar), it always came out with time-out
error in IE5. Is there any way out of this problem? Thanks in advance.
