Jinitiator 1.1.7.27 fails

I am having a problem getting jinitiator to run on my new p4 with windows 2000. This is the second major issue i have run into with Oracle, INTEL, MS, and JAVA. I think there is a Problem with the P4 and NO ONE IS LETTING people know about it!!
