Run Oracle installer, remove what you don't need. If that does not work, delete the xx\OraWinxx or whatever you called it, directory. Start regedit. Search for \ORACLE in HKEY_LOCAL\MACHINE\SOFTWARE Delete it.
That's it. You can delete other keys not related to ODBC in the registry with the searchstring ORACLE, but that should not be necessary.
