OEM error

Hi,

I am a newbie of Oracle8i. After installed Oracle8i release 3 , 8.1.7 on solaris 2.6 I run into a problem of OEM.

..> oemctrl start oms

OEMCTRL for Solaris: Version 2.2.0.0.0
Copyright (c) 1998, 2000, Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved. Starting the Oracle Management Server... Could not connect to the OMS: possible error in the configuration file.

Where is the configuration file of OMS/OEM? And how to fix it?
