Help? Oracle Error

Help!

I have just started to work with Oracle so I am lost as to where to look for the source of our problem...
We have been getting random PMON errors - Oracle terminated with error. Rebooting our server has fixed the problem thus far but I have not been able to determine what is causing it.
We have entries in our trace file but I am not sure what they are referring to???

If anyone can offer advice on where to look to fix this - I would appreciate it!
