Why on earth would you like to move *to* desupported software. If you still want to do that, you need to run catexp7.sql in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin against the 8i database. Secondly you need to run 7.3.4 exp against the Oracle 8i database. Import the data in your 7.3.4 database, loose all 8i features and back your are in history.
