Read from file in Reports 2.5

I am currently working on a report that loads and displays images with the Load as File feature. This works wonderfully as long as the file is present, however dies a horrible death if the image is not found at the location specified.

Since I am dealing with many thousands of images it is impossible to verify if they all exist, so I guess the question is how do I handle the error and allow the report to finish ...

Any ideas would be appreciated
