Hello
You must first install client 8.0.5 then in the same ORACLE_HOME install Developer.
After doing this, start NEW instalation with Oracle_Installer and make new Oracle_home for personal.
Only thing is that you don't install installer in the second ORACLE_HOME only install personal with it.
