You can download it *for free* at http://technet.oracle.com or buy it for $45 if you are in the US.
Also, don't try to flood all Oracle newsgroups. Multiple postings and/or crosspostings are seldomly necessary.
You don't necessarily get a bigger audience as many of us monitor all three oracle newsgroups.
