Re: Client and server on the same computer?

Sorry Sybrand, I made a mistake in my initial message: it is PO 8i (8.1.6) which did not work at all on my 2 machines with Windows 2000 professional, NOT 8.1.7. Since then, I did successfully install 8.1.7, both client and server on the same computer, and it did work perfectly. As well, I did install both client and server of 8.0.5, and it did work too, though I understand 8.0.5 is not guaranteed under this OS.
