First of all you should know that How to take the Cold backup.
Cold backup of an oracle database Include the, all datafiles, Control files.
Now The process would be to Shutdown your Oracle Database instance. then run an OS utility to take the backup of these files.
Then after you take the backup of these files . restart your instance/
you can write scripts easily
