Hallo,



We are using PERL 5.004_0, DBD-Oracle-1.0.6 and DBI-1.14.
We can connect to an ORACLE 8.0.4-Database only with the characterset
US7ASCII, but not, as we would like to do, with the characterset
WE8ISO8859P1.
