Re: Sysdba privileges

OK, I have started Oracle DBO studio in stand alone mode - user SYS/password change_on_install, Connect as: sysdba - error ORA-01031 insufficient privileges !!! I can login as SYSOPER but SYSDBA is not accesible !!! What is up ?
