Sysdba privileges

I am a new Oracle user and I have some surely simpy questions. 1. What is default user with sysdba privilege ? 2. In Oracle Enterpise Manager I can see my SQLServer runing, but I cannot do anything with it ? How can I get an access to it. 3. How can I export/imprt data ?
