Oracle + Apache/PHP

I try connect to remote Oracle database from PHP script and I can't do it.
If I use SQL PLUS everything is OK - I can connect.
I use Apache 1.3.14, PHP 4.0.3 and Oracle 7.3.4, all under Win NT.
Should I set any enviroment variable ? Something else ?
