    Hello,



    After upgrading Win95/IE3 to Win98/IE4 my clients cannot launch an
application there's the "Page fault in oip21.dll " error message.


    Database is in 7.3.3.0.0 Oracle,  client uses SQL*NET same version.



    have you any idea or suggestion ?
