Using ElixirTech Reporting tool with Oracle8i?

Has anyone successfully used the elixirtech java reporting tool with Oracle8i?

I can view the reports successfully only through the INTRANET and not the internet. The tool cant seem to find the DB through the internet. Suspect its the router.

The configuration of the server:
DB : oracle8i
webserver : apache
OS : Windows NT Server 4.0 SP5
connected to the internet through an ADSL router (uses NAT) with fixed IP addressing.

Anyone can help me here?
