Can´t start the databases!!

Hello!


I have the problem that after the installation of Oracle Portal 3.0 the
oracommon8.dll has been changed. So if i want to start the process of the
database i get the error-message that there is no entry in oracommon8.dll.
How can i start the databases. Is there a chance to do it!
