Oracle and Netware

hello

have just installed Oracle 8i (8.1.5) on netware 5.1

since i don't know much about oracle (only access) i have a lil request

can anyone tell me how to create a database on netware. i can't find the dbassist program which was on the linux version. basically what i would like would be a list of step by step instructions on how to create a database. I can import tables from access by using the export function in access, i don't really want to use the default database which was installed with oracle (with the ORCL sid)
