Simple Query ??

I am trying to do some database work and am struggling with this SQL query. An answer to this query would help me a lot, and would be much appreciated.

I have a table name records with attributes recordName and releaseYear. No recordName was ever repeated from year to year, but some records came back after a gap of one year. Find those titles.
