webDB 2.0 to web portal 3.0 beta

I'm rebuilding an NT 4.0 box from scratch, taking it from Oracle 8.1.5 server and WebDB 2.0.2.1.4 to Oracle 8.1.6 server and Web Portal 3.0 beta.

Any idea what the WebDB transition will be like? My idea was to use a simple export/import for the WebDB stuff, but I wanted to check in to see if this is going to be a nightmare; if there are any gotchas. All help appreciated and thanks in advance.
