But no, I didn't need listerner when I was doing my PL/SQL
I can't find listener anyway on my machine as an installed
product but at least I have a point on start to go from now.
And sorry I didn't state he version and the error, I think I stated the error in my other post *embarassed*.
Going to get to Technet and look for listener now.
