Connecting to Oracle DB from Mac?

Hey all-

I was wondering if there are any mac tools for Oracle, or at the very least, working mac odbc drivers. As part of Office98, Excel came with a rather ok program called query that purports to have Oracle drivers, but on every single Mac I've ever tried it on, it gives me some variation of 'system error', yet on microsoft's website, whenever you search for 'oracle', surprise surprise, they bring up something that says 'we didn't find anything about oracle, but have you tried SQL Server?'

Ironically, I thought the promise of Java was that these tools would be available on any platform that supported a Java runtime.
