There are a couple books that come to mind. First, I would go to technet.oracle.com and download the Concepts manual and PL/SQL Users Guide. Are you going to be using Developer? I have heard that Dorsey's book "Advanced Forms and Reports" is good. Also, the Luluishe book "Developing Oracle Forms" (1996) is a decent starter book. You will also need a PL/SQL book. Either Fuerstein's book or Urman's (1996) "Oracle PL/SQL Programming"
