How are you measuring this - Solaris will allocate pretty much all available (ie not in use) memory to the file system cache, so all of your memory is "used up"....

If you are not doing a lot of swapping or page outs I don't think you'll need to worry

Mounting your database file systems as forcedirectio may avoid the "problem" and gives many other benefits as well..
