java.exe and Oracle

Hi,

I have a java.exe Dr Watson on opening the Oracle Net 8 easy-config after a fresh standard installation of Oracle 8.0.5 on WinNT4.0.

I saw this problem in the newsgroups, but the response was unsatisfied (you need a java/frames capablebrowser)

I'm running Windows NT4.0 sp6 and IE 5.5 is installed.
