ORA-01991 error?

Does anybody knows how to go about fixing error:
ORA-01991 invalid password file ...oracle/product/8.1.5/dbs/orapwORCL



It occurs when I try to do:


SVRMGRL>startup



it starts up nice, shows me 4-5 lines of messages and then this.
Is it possible to see error codes on my installation CD?
I'm runnig this on linux.
