Calling stored procedures in Oracle Packages from VB

Apparently in V1 of the MDAC it was not possible to called stored
procedures that are within packages from ADO in VB. Has that changed
with MDAC 2.1 and 2.5? If so, does anyone know of a URL where I can find
some code which calls functions/procedures in a package?
