Hi I have managed to load Oracle 8 on several servers here running Sparc servers. But I recently got a copy of the Solaris 8 for the PC and with it came Oracle 8.1.5.
Up to now I have not managed to install this successfully. It fails while linking , I have no idea why this is. Has anyone tried to load this distribution and did they see any problems.
