error on OAS 4

I am running OAS 4.0.8.1 on NT connecting to an Oracle DB. A vendor configured all the DADs and cartridges. One web page requires a login. It works fine, but on the NT event viewer I get this error: (Thing is, I am not using seed instance, I have the listener for seed shut off- I am using a development instance)
