Report Error Question

I get this error when I try to run_report_object from a form passing a parameter in the call to the report.

I set the file name to call in the report object in forms.

In my run report call I check to see if the parameter exists and if it does destroy it. Then create another.

The error: PDE-PPU007 Cannot destroy compiled state of PO_02_JUN_200010_00_17 while it is executing.

Not sure why I am getting this.
