Also, if you have your OEM repository database on the same server
as OEM, even if you set the service to satart automatically it
won't.


   That's because when NT fires up it starts the Oracle service
but that hasn't completed when NT tries to start the OEM service.


   So you'd have to start the OEM service by hand after each time
the server was shut down.
