Importing IIS 4.0 logs to Oracle

Does anyone have any experience importing IIS 4.0 extended logs to Oracle. I have tried to use sqlldr into an 8i database but the log files have no real delimiter except for white space and the column widths are variable. I get into trouble when sqlldr hits a line that doesn't contain a "column" (such as, sometimes the Referring URL is absent) and the data gets inserted into the wrong database column.

Can anyone help?

TIA, Bob
