In my export dmp file (Oracle8 Personal) I keep seeing "FORMAT71" appearing,
as in, for example:

CREATE FORMAT71 PACKAGE "DYNSQL"
    CREATE   PACKAGE dynsql
      -- (etc.)

What does "FORMAT71" mean?
Why does the line containing that even exist in the dump file?
