Anyone upgrading gardware or purchasing new software BEWARE. Oracle does not 
have concurrent user license anymore. You paid by NAMED user or by a power unit 
which is a calculation of # of cpu's times some factor. We are upgrading 2 -Sun
servers and the initial license is up by 5 times. Check it out...
