Hello,

I am attempting to install Oracle 8i on Linux (the system is RedHat 6.2 , RAM and CPU are sufficient, kernel is 2.2.16), however it fails to realize that /u01,/u02,/u03,/u04 have sufficient space - in either one of them to install Oracle and simply, the installer says its out of space and fails to install.

        Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Please contact me at strlen_at_fix.no

                                                        Thanks!
