Pro*C/C++

Does anybody know of some good training courses or workshops for Oracle Pro*C/C++ Precompiler? Oracle does not offer Pro*C/C++ precompiler courses until next year and I am unfamiliar of any other companys that do training for Oracle Pro*C/C++. Any help would be appreciated.
