Buy the book of Steven Feuerstein on PL/SQL published by O'Reilly. It contains all you need and more.
IMO, you can't learn PL/SQL from a website. Steven also is involved with Revealnet (www.revealnet.com) which contains amongst many others a PL/SQL knowledge base.
