I've seen an example in UNIX in which the USER and PASSWORD are set as variables, then passed to your script, e.g.,
USER = scott; export USER
PWD = tiger; export TIGER
SQLPLUS $USER/$PWD@$ORACLE_SID <<EOF
code
exit
EOF
