Oracle FTP site VERY SLOW

Ive been trying for days to successfully download Oracle 8i personal edition for NT from their ftp site; however, it is going EXTREMELY slowly and times out. I have tried from several places, some on 10mbit+ links so I know the bottleneck is at Oracle.

Are there any ftp mirrors or does anyone know where I can download 8i personal edition from another source?
