Query tools supporting object relational types

Hi,



Can you tell me of any tools (from oracle or anyone else) that support
building reports, querying tables that contain user defined column
objects.  The tool would need to allow you query object tables based on
an attribute of a column object and also be able to follow object
references when defining the query.



any pointers would be appreciated!
